Frequently Asked Questions

1. What insurance do you accept?

I am an in-network provider with:

  • Optum
  • United Healthcare
  • Aetna
  • Cigna
  • Carelon Behavioral Health
  • Anthem
  • Quest Behavioral Health

If you have a different provider, I can provide a superbill for out-of-network reimbursement. I recommend checking with your insurance to confirm coverage for telehealth therapy sessions.

2. What are your rates?

For private pay clients:

  • Individual & Family therapy sessions: $160 per 50-minute session

Sliding scale options may be available on a limited basis — feel free to reach out to discuss what works for you.

3. How do I know if therapy is right for me?

Starting therapy is a powerful step toward self-growth. If you’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or disconnected — or if you’re curious about exploring mindfulness, inner child healing, shifting your mindset, or spiritual practices — I’d love to support you.

Our first session is an opportunity to explore your goals and get to know you better.

4. What happens during a session?

Every session is personalized to your needs. I take a holistic, compassionate approach — blending traditional therapy with mindfulness, guided meditations, reflective exercises, and even Oracle cards (if you’re open to it). You’ll leave with insights, practical tools, and reflections to work on between sessions.

5. What’s your cancellation policy?

Life happens — I get it. If you need to cancel or reschedule, I ask for 24 hours’ notice to avoid a cancellation fee.

6. What’s the difference between therapy and coaching?

Therapy focuses on healing emotional wounds, understanding patterns, and working through mental health challenges. Coaching, on the other hand, is goal-oriented, intuitive, and nervous system-focused— designed to help you set goals, create clarity, reconnect to your intuition, move through personalized breathwork practices, and move forward with confidence.

7. Is coaching covered by insurance?

No — coaching isn’t a medical or mental health service, so it’s not covered by insurance. It’s an investment in your personal and spiritual growth.

8. How do I know if coaching is right for me?

Coaching may be a great fit if you:

Feel ready to create meaningful changes in your life

Feel stuck or unfulfilled, but aren’t sure why

Want to focus on personal development rather than emotional healing

Are drawn to a mix of practical strategies and intuitive guidance

Need to support with nervous system regulation

Want to strengthen your intuition
